Tax Compliance · Fiscal Analytics · Economic Intelligence
Nigeria's Leading Tax & Fiscal Intelligence Platform
Ecotax is Nigeria's leading platform for tax compliance, fiscal analytics, and economic intelligence — empowering government agencies, businesses, and citizens to navigate the fiscal landscape with confidence.
Our Vision
Transparent and growth-oriented use of tax revenues in Nigeria.
Our Mission
To produce independent, evidence-based research on fiscal policy and economic governance — while empowering SMEs and individuals with the tools and guidance to make strategic tax decisions and scale sustainably across Nigeria.
Why Ecotax?
Nigeria has historically recorded low levels of Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) relative to the size and potential of its economy. This has been driven by persistent structural challenges, including a narrow tax base, widespread informality, weak tax compliance, and a deficit of public trust in the fiscal system.
Recent tax and fiscal reforms, such as the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 and the Nigeria Tax Administration Act 2025, have created a significant opportunity to broaden the economy and strengthen domestic revenue mobilisation.
Ecotax was built to meet this moment — combining expert fiscal analysis, AI-driven research tools, and practical tax calculators to empower government, SMEs, and citizens with the intelligence they need to make better fiscal decisions.

Strategic Objectives
Independent research on tax policy, administration, and compliance
Evaluation of public expenditure efficiency and equity
Strengthening fiscal transparency and accountability
Supporting evidence-based fiscal and tax reforms
Improving public understanding of taxation and revenue use
Empowering individual SMEs to make strategic tax decisions, scale their operations, and achieve sustainable business growth
Leadership Team
The team driving EcoTax's mission for fiscal accountability and evidence-based economic governance across Nigeria.
